- Algarve: best golf destination in Europe (International Association of Golf Tour Operators)
- Lisbon: city with the best value (PostOffice)
- Porto: Best European Destination 2014 (European Consumers Choice)
- Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport, Porto: 3rd best in Europe (Airports Council International)
- Açores: favorite destination in 2014 (Association of European Travel Agents and Tour Operators)
- Turismo de Portugal: best official body of European tourism (World Travel Awards 2014)
